Job Description

The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling finished goods with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This hands-on role includes picking and staging orders for loading onto flatbeds, trucks, and shipping containers. Cross-training in palletizing orders and wrapping for storage and shipment will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound goods and materials of the warehouse
• Meet all customer and stock storage specifications
• Follow all ISO 9000 policies and procedures
• Comply with all legal and safety procedures
• Perform pallet making, wrapping, tagging, labeling, and stocking of all materials
• Load and unload trucks/containers
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness standards of the warehouse
• Organize the stocking and proper storage of materials
• Coordinate work functions with co-workers
• Report inventory discrepancies and product damage to the Team Leader
• Conduct pre-shift checks and maintenance of warehouse machinery like forklifts

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy materials and be physically fit
• Effective time management skills
• Team player with good coordination skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift and CDL certifications a plus)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
