Rocky-Mountain-Operations in Layton, UT is seeking reliable warehouse/general labor team members to disassemble appliances and prepare parts for listing and shipping nationwide.

You'll use drills, screwdrivers, and hand tools to safely take apart appliances, sort usable parts, and move heavy items up to 50 lbs. The role offers day shift, in-person work, and opportunities for advancement within a growing eCommerce business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Disassemble appliances using drills, screwdrivers, and basic tools.
• Sort and organize usable parts for listing and sale.
• Move appliances with a dolly and handle heavy lifting up to 50+ lbs.
• Assist with transporting carcasses to the scrap yard; training available.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

We are a growing eCommerce business specializing in salvaging and selling parts from kitchen appliances (dishwashers, ovens, ranges, etc.). We need reliable, hardworking team members to disassemble appliances in our warehouse so we can list and ship high-quality parts to customers nationwide.

What You'll Do Daily:

• Use drills, screwdrivers, and basic hand/power tools to safely disassemble appliances.
• Sort and organize usable parts to be listed and sold.
• Move appliances with a dolly and perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs repeatedly).
• Help transport appliance carcasses to the scrap yard (box truck driving a big plus, but not required—we can train or accommodate).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.

Requirements:

• Comfortable with basic tools (drill experience preferred) and manual labor.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet.
• Reliable transportation to our Layton-area warehouse.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn our processes.
• Preferred: Valid driver's license and clean record (for occasional truck runs); previous warehouse, handyman, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus but we train motivated people.
