Job summary

Service Partners in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory, ensuring safe, efficient daily operations in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires reliability, long hours standing, and the ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack, perform cycle counts, and secure loads to prevent damage. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; forklift certification is a plus. Local, safety-sensitive position with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory, storing in an orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. Our Warehouse team members play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $13.00 - $30.00. This particular position pays $23-$25 per hour.
