Job summary

Kauai Mechanical is seeking a dependable Warehouse Laborer to support operations and inventory in our Kauai, HI facility. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work, staying organized, and assisting field crews.

Responsibilities include preparing orders, stocking materials, forklift handling, and maintaining safety and clean, efficient warehouse processes. High School diploma and valid driver's license required; PUC license possible in future.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with a variety of personality types.
• Motivated to learn all that is necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple issues.
• Attention to detail and completing work to a deadline.

• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete daily logs and cycle counting of inventory.
