Job summary

LS Steel in New Jersey is seeking a full-time manufacturing associate to support sheet metal processing. The role involves measuring, material handling, and basic shop-floor tasks in a manufacturing setting with machines and conveyors. No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Work is in the 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with benefits including holidays, health coverage, life/AD&D, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand for most of the work shift and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly lifts up to 10 lbs; occasionally lifts up to 25 lbs.
• Must have basic vision and be able to communicate with coworkers.
• Work environment may be loud and includes moving machinery.
