Form Preparation – 60%
Clean and prepare forms for painting and repair
Assemble/disassemble components and replace parts as needed
Load, unload, move, and stack parts using material handling equipment
Count, bundle, band, and palletize parts
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Follow all quality and operational procedures
Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervision
Work Area Maintenance – 10%
Keep workstations and tools meticulously clean and organized
Maintain and organize storage areas including racks, shelves, and pallets
Ensure products are properly labeled and stored in the correct locations
Safety – 15%
Follow all federal, local, and company safety regulations
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Identify and report or correct potential safety hazards
Communicate equipment malfunctions or deviations to supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
