Job summary

The ideal candidate at Oldcastle Infrastructure will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, confirm quantities, tag items, and move supplies to the production floor while maintaining safe and orderly storage areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and supplies.
• Check deliveries for quantity and damage; report discrepancies.
• Assist with unloading and organizing materials in warehouse locations.
• Tag and identify incoming materials as required.
• Pull and deliver materials to the production floor as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Unload and load trucks; keep warehouse clean and safe.
• Communicate material needs and deliveries with teams.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and supplies.
• Check incoming deliveries for quantity and visible damage and report discrepancies to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with unloading and organizing incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Tag and identify incoming materials as required.
• Pull and deliver materials and supplies to the production floor as needed.
• Help ensure production areas have the necessary materials and supplies to support daily operations.
• Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory checks.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and material storage areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and material-handling requirements.
• Communicate with team members, production, and other departments regarding material needs and deliveries.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Warehousing or related experience preferred
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $21.50/hr.
