Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate in Union City, CA. You will perform stocking, receiving, and material handling to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include forklift-assisted material movement, loading/unloading trucks, and coordination with production teams. A high school diploma and 0–1 year of related experience are typical requirements, with emphasis on self-direction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level to 1 year in inventory, warehouse or receiving preferred.
• Material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a self-directed environment and coordinate with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, ship, and transfer material for manufacturing.
• Perform stocking transactions.
• Break down, clean, and prep for manufacturing per procedures.
• Use forklifts and other equipment for material handling.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and supporting operators.
• Repackaging, cleaning equipment, emptying and rinsing drums.
• Signal replenishment of material from stock locations to production.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines
• Receive, ship, store, and transfer material for use in manufacturing
• Perform the related transactions for the stocking of material
• Break down, clean, organize, and prep for manufacturing in accordance to procedure and production requirements
• Assist with broad range of warehouse tasks, utilizing forklifts, pallet movers, drum dollies and carts. Transport materials to and from production areas
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Assist Operators with various material handling duties.
• Repackaging of materials, change and clean equipment. Empty drums, rinse drums.
• Assist Operators with various material handling duties.
• Coordinate, communicate and signal replenishment of material from the various stock locations to production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry level to 1 year of inventory, warehouse, and receiving experience.
• Materials handling experience
• Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
• Communication skills necessary to coordinate activities among various parties, including internal and external customers and vendors
• Able to pass drug and background check
