Warehouse Kitting Specialist
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Overtime to be expected!

Job Responsibilities:
• Assemble kits of electrical components according to customer specifications and work orders
• Read and interpret bills of materials, pick lists, and work instructions accurately
• Pick and gather required items from inventory for kit assembly
• Ensure all components are present and correctly packaged before shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Perform quality checks on assembled kits to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Report any discrepancies or inventory issues to supervisors promptly
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory management tasks as required
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in the warehouse environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kitting processes

Skills Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse or assembly work preferred
• Familiarity with electrical components and terminology is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring components
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in using computer systems and handheld devices for inventory management
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
