Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday-Sunday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

The Warehouse Janitorial Lead will be responsible for:

• Leading a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial environment.
• Supporting the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Teams by responding efficiently and accurately to escalations.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Following Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Supporting callouts and shift coverage among team members and shift leads.
• Providing feedback and timely escalation reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution centers preferred.
• At least 1 year in a Lead or Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service orientation with a friendly, motivating demeanor.
• Successful passing of background check and drug test.
