Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Associate / Cleaning Crew Member for a permanent full-time position at 701 Atrisco Vista Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87120. The role offers night shifts and a starting pay of $15.00 per hour, with potential to reach $16.00 per hour.

Duties include cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping, removing trash, and ensuring walkways remain clean. Must lift up to 49 lbs, stand long shifts, and follow safety and chemical-handling

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long shifts (10–12 hours).
• Reading safety rules and procedure manuals in English (Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, break areas, and office spaces.

• Clock in/out using KBSPresence app as required.

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Associate / Cleaning Crew Member. This is a full-time permanent position located at 701 Atrisco Vista Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States. Job ID: P1-2277498-14.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour - $16.00 per hour (Starting Pay: $15.00).

Position type: Permanent full-time (30+ hours per week).

Work Schedule

Days/nights vary, including weekends.

Shifts Available

Night.

Duties

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Clean totes and other items
• Some deep cleaning, as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe-handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.
