Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Houston facility. You will help manage inventory, inspect freight, operate forklifts, and assist field teams with material handling and tool inventories.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
• Must be able to read and write English fluently.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and pass safety exams.
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Management with daily tasks and duties.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables and unallocated materials.
• Assist in cataloging and maintaining electronic database of excess materials.
• Generate cycle counts and report variances.
• Inspect incoming freight against packing lists or POs.
• Receive deliveries and maintain a daily log.
• Label incoming freight with job identifiers.
• Stock incoming materials as needed.
• Support warehouse operations in the absence of the manager.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move materials.
• Assist field employees with locating and loading project materials.
• Assist with tool and consumable issuance and logging in Hilti Ontrack.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace; assist with on-site cleanliness.
• Travel to other warehouses to assist tool inventory.
• Promote safety program and Chamberlin core values.
