Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Management Attendant in Bartlett, TN for a first shift role. The position offers weekly pay, paid training, healthcare, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and employee discounts.

You will handle inbound products, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and support a safe, efficient warehouse. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, data-entry ability, and experience with PIT equipment and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle check.
• Comfort with computer data entry and basic software.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and assemble orders and materials.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure correct scanning.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security at shift end.
• Perform picking, packing, and material moves as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and participate in continuous improvement.
