Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring an Inventory Associate in Memphis, TN. This role involves inventory control, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy across distribution centers and client facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Must have clean driving record and be able to travel within the area 25–50% of the day.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and enter data into a WMS system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay $17 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record and a personal vehicle and travel within the area approximately 25 - 50 % of the day
• Strong technical aptitude which includes using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, RF scanners and entering data into a WMS System
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Must be able to work both indoors and outside

• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) (beginner level)
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Safety Sensitive Position, Non-Regulated Tech - Depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified
• Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to meet Ryder's driving qualifications
