Qualifications

• Two years of prior office/warehouse and customer service experience preferred.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license.
• Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow Warehouse Management System processes for outbound shipments, including SAP processing.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory levels and report issues to supervisor.
• Transfer inventory between locations and track inbound/outbound shipments in SAP.
• Perform routine equipment checks to ensure safety and good working order.
• Complete tests on tensioning equipment and calibration of manual wrenches; document in Resolv and Hy-Cal systems.
• Backup for Rental/Demo including outbound and inbound processes in SAP.
• Assist in answering calls or emails from customers or sales team.
• Greet customers and assist with equipment pickup and inquiries.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes within the organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization for warehouse and office.
• Work with Branch Manager to implement corporate practices and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
