Job summary

Gritr Sports in North Richland Hills, Texas is seeking a reliable Warehouse Inventory Picker to join our warehouse team. This full-time role focuses on accurately selecting products from shelves to fulfill orders on time and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will operate pallet jacks or RF scanners (training provided), stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with potential overtime on peak times. We offer health, dental, vision insurance and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Reliability to start at 7:00 AM consistently.
• Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Precise picking to ensure correct items and locations.
• Positive team attitude and willingness to help during busy periods.
• Previous warehouse or retail stock experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick items according to digital pick tasks with high accuracy.
• Inspect products for damage or defects during the picking process.
• Assist in preparing items for shipment by placing them in designated staging areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a safe environment.
• Safely operate manual pallet jacks or handheld RF scanners (training provided).
