Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking inventory clerks to join a safety‑conscious team in a warehouse environment. You will maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, adjust stock as needed, and research discrepancies using the Warehouse Management System.

This is a 2nd shift role, Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with pay at $23/hr plus a $1.00/hr shift differential. Benefits include Paid Time Off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, boot allowance after 90 days, and an Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and correct inventory as needed
• Ensure system count matches physical on-hands
• Look for missing product in storage location
• Resolve discrepancies at pallet and location level
• Research and document root cause of quality error reports (QEs)
• Assist with clearing shorts in WMS
• Use archive tools within the WMS to investigate inventory errors
• Use WMS to assist CTOs and management with inventory errors
• Work with customer to resolve store inventory claims
• Assist with consolidation efforts
• Identify and classify damaged product. Move to appropriate holding area once damage process is completed
