Job summary

Penske Logistics in Washington is seeking inventory clerks to join an excellent team. This role focuses on daily/weekly maintenance of inventory records, cycle counting, and accurate data management in a warehouse setting.

You will work on second shift, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies in WMS, and support safety and efficiency. Strong attention to detail and basic MS Office skills are required; on-site in Winlock, WA.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to work the required schedule at the specific location.
• Complete Penske employment application, background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and correct inventory as needed.
• Ensure system count matches physical on-hands.
• Resolve discrepancies at pallet and location level.
• Research and document root cause of quality error reports (QEs).
• Assist with training new inventory clerks.
• Be on-site for live less-than-truckload (LTL) offloads.
