Job summary

MAAG Gala, Inc. (a Dover company) is seeking an Inventory Associate to handle receiving, inspection, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment within a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities include tagging and packing items, forklift operation, and coordinating shipments. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to maintain high customer service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical skills are a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required for warehouse systems and record keeping.
• Detail oriented with accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and tag items to pack on customer orders.
• Pack items securely for UPS, FedEx, DHL and truck shipments.
• Reprint packing slips and identification tags for spare parts orders.
• Receive and inspect items from suppliers for quality and accuracy.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move inventory on shelves.
• Coordinate shipments and consolidate multiple orders with others.
• Pull items for job orders and spare parts, and support inventory management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
