Job summary

You will join a team focused on productivity, uphold Crocs values, and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends while staying compliant with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, long hours) and regular attendance is necessary.
• Ability to move merchandise across the warehouse floor and read instructions / data on screens.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use systems and processes applicable to the functional department.
• Prepare and complete orders for receipt, delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Maintain quality service by following set processes and company standards.
• Work individually but also within small groups.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Ensure proper hand off to following shift(s).
• Follow departmental SLA’s.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required.
• Work at or above established productivity standards.
• Contribute to a team environment and uphold Crocs Inc. values.
