Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Stock Associate in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area to support store sales during peak periods, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure all merchandise is well organized and displayed. You will process receipts, log items in inventory systems, and help move merchandise between locations.

The role emphasizes customer assistance, adherence to loss prevention, and teamwork to keep stores running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to follow clear written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales team during busy times.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are represented.
• Present merchandise per company standards and signage.
• Receive product, record in stock control systems, and transfer merchandise as needed.
• Transport merchandise and fixtures between store locations.
• Stock storage areas and floor displays with new or transferred items.
• Plan storage methods and space utilization.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile records.
• Assist customers and locate merchandise.
