Job summary

Levy Sector in Fayetteville is seeking a Warehouse Attendant to support daily warehouse operations at the University of Arkansas. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and loading inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and safe material handling.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pass a background check, and maintain an organized workspace. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and safety training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Reads requisition schedule to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
• Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distributes items to production workers, storage spaces and/or concession areas.
• Assembles other orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves; conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Marks materials with identifying information.
• Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Compiles requisitions that have been completed and have been received by department managers.
• Drives vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items.
• Maintains inventory records.
