You will follow safety and HACCP standards, maintain inventory records, and work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role offers opportunities to learn and grow within a nationwide hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Read requisition schedule to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Place materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distributes items to production workers, storage spaces and/or concession areas.
• Assemble other orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves; conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Maintains inventory records.
• Drives vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
