Job summary

Custom Vehicle Solutions in Denton, TX is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to handle warehousing activities, inventory control, and recordkeeping. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking parts, pulling orders, and dispatching when needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, three months of related experience, a valid driver license if driving, forklift certification within 90 days, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three months' related experience and/or training.
• If required to drive, must possess a valid driver license with insurability.
• Forklift certification within 90 days and forklift operators must be 18+.
• Ability to use a box crusher.
• Computer literate and able to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors.
• Put away incoming stock in proper bins with barcode labels.
• Check in incoming inter-branch shipments and update packing slips.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will call, packaging, or dispatch.
• Maintain 'will call' stock and related paperwork.
• Maintain all junk core inventory.
• Dispatch parts drivers to addresses on invoices or POs.
• Process and handle returns from stock.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts.
• May deliver parts to customers if no drivers available.
