Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse documentation and records (receipts, packing slips, bills of lading, delivery notes).
• Process and verify shipping and receiving transactions for accuracy.
• Perform data entry and maintain information in warehouse systems and inventory databases.
• Manage inventory data, track movements, and investigate discrepancies.
• Process orders and provide admin support for picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, scheduling deliveries and carrier appointments.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to streamline workflows.
• Monitor shipment status and report inventory availability and operational issues.
• Conduct routine audits of warehouse records for compliance with procedures and standards.
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for daily operations and staffing.
• Generate reports and maintain records on inventory, shipments, and performance.
