Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Lyndhurst, VA to support reporting, cycle counts, and system audits. You will use inventory and warehouse management systems to prep and track materials for shipping and receiving, with potential duties across inventory control and shipping/receiving in different facilities.

Responsibilities include reading orders, preparing materials for shipment, maintaining records, generating labels, data entry, and ensuring compliance with safety and inspection

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to move, gather, distribute, and/or ship.
• Check and prepare order materials for shipping and assist in loading shipments as needed.
• Maintain shipping and receiving records and order forms.
• Create shipping labels and documentation for outbound products including international shipments.
• Data entry into inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Perform daily cycle count activities, inventory audits, and prepare inventory reports.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly; follow safety regulations.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
