ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Manager in the Dallas area to lead warehouse staff and optimize the flow of parts from vendors to service locations. You will oversee inventory control, purchasing, and logistics to support HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions.

The role requires strong supervisory, computer, and mathematical skills, with knowledge of related trades. This position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in parts/warehousing or related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance and/or HVAC desired.
• Strong supervisory, computer and mathematical skills required.
• Strong communications and human relations skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops warehouse staff, including hiring, termination, scheduling, and training.
• Oversees facility and equipment maintenance and inventory systems; protects and controls assets.
• Ensures timely receiving, staging, ticketing, placement, planning, distribution, delivery and replenishment of parts and materials.
• Generates reports and measures of departmental operations and inventory records.
• Uses inventory systems to maintain accurate levels and costs; handles purchase orders and invoices.
• Negotiates with vendors for best price on quality products.
