Job summary

MRC Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain stocked inventory and support order fulfillment. You will unload, stock, label, and pack materials, operate forklift and heavy equipment, and prepare shipments while following OSHA safety rules.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to read instructions are essential; a valid driver's license is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to learn MRC Global safety and regulatory requirements.
• Typing and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of MRC Global warehouse operations.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials from vendor trucks.
• Inspect material for quality requirements.
• Stock and transfer materials to shelves by location.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Transfer materials to and from shops for modification.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and package as required.
• Pull orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfer.
• Load onto the correct truck using forklift/ crane.
• Prepare documentation for shipments.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and report hazards.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
