Job summary

Remedy Staffing in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a detail-oriented pricing data entry specialist to join our U.S. division onsite. You will enter and maintain pricing data in SAP, audit for accuracy, and support pricing documentation and chargeback resolution. Onsite schedule Monday–Friday after training; start October 2026.

This temp-to-hire role requires ERP experience and strong organization, with commuting to the Jacksonville office five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry and inventory management roles.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or distribution operations.
• Comfort with ERP/SAP systems and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain US pricing data in SAP pricing tables using inputs from Sales, Marketing, CS, and Accounting.
• Audit pricing data for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain archival system for pricing docs and updates.
• Troubleshoot daily pricing discrepancies in SAP and sales orders.
• Analyze claim docs to identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Recommend solutions to prevent recurring chargebacks.

LOCATIONS: Jacksonville FL Onsite

Pay: $19 per hour

Temp to Hire

Start: October 2026

Schedule After Training: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm EST

Job Duties:

• Enter and maintain all pricing data for the U.S. division within SAP pricing tables based on input from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Accounting teams
• Perform audits of pricing data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a structured archival system for all pricing documentation and updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily pricing discrepancies related to sales orders within SAP
• Analyze claim documentation and receipts to identify root causes of discrepancies
• Provide recommendations and solutions to prevent recurring chargeback issues

Qualifications:

• Previous Data Entry and Inventory Management Experience
• Experience working in operations within field of warehouse, retail, or distribution environment
• ERP Experience (Preferred)
• Must be extremely detail oriented, organized
• Previous Merchandising and Inventory Analytics experience
• Commute to our Jacksonville office five days a week
