Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Hagerstown, MD is hiring a Cycle Counter Inventory Clerk to join a fast-paced warehouse team focused on accuracy and safety. You will conduct cycle counts, audit inbound and outbound shipments, and support inventory optimization across shifts, with weekly pay and a strong benefits package.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year of warehouse experience; forklift experience and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• 1+ year MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• Ability to read location, date and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Detail oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: 1st Shift (B) Thursday-Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent perferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
