Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and audits to support safe, efficient operations.

You will work on First Shift with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including PTO from day one and a 401(k) with company match. Prior warehouse experience is preferred to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more warehouse experience.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
• Recognize and read location, date and product codes.
• Work independently and as a member of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication).
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified.
• Safety Sensitive Position, Non-Regulated Tech - Depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift (A) Sunday-Tuesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
