Warehouse Inventory Cycle Counter/Auditor (Finance)

Position Summary: Responsible for reconciling, verifying, and auditing product stock within the distribution center. Researches, resolves stock discrepancies, and addresses inventory inquiries from RASC. Verifies product location in aisles, assists in cycle counts and inventory audits. Role models and demonstrates the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Desired Previous Job Experience:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Experience with multiple computer systems and ease with new technology
  • Understanding of product flow from entry to departure

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with case pick, piece pick, shipping, and receiving functions
  • Strong systems abilities, ability to learn and apply multiple systems quickly

  • Strong customer service skills to respond promptly to internal and external customers

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responds to inquiries from management, supervision, buyers, stores, vendors, and trucking companies regarding inventory.
  • Moves new product items into the inventory system.
  • Reconciles product data across systems with actual products at the site.
  • Researches accounting questions related to purchase orders, invoices, and billing of received products.
  • Prepares handbills for stores when products are returned to the distribution center.
  • Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary Range: Minimum: $24.00, Maximum: $29.83
