Job summary

MasTec seeks a Warehouse Helper to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control at our Wisconsin facility. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate, timely handling of equipment and materials, while maintaining safety and organization.

The role requires 3–4 years of related experience, familiarity with construction crafts, and the ability to follow specifications and work orders. A demanding but rewarding environment with travel up to 90% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in one or more construction craft roles as a helper or laborer, or a combination of work experience and training, and a basic knowledge of the craft assigned.

Responsibilities

• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Perform in and out inspections for equipment leaving the warehouse.
• Assist manager with inventory management at the facility.
• Maintain inventory of all tools and rigging entering and leaving the facility.
• Read, prepare, collect and maintain reports.
