Job summary

Amphenol Industrial Operations seeks a Warehouse Material Handler to accurately track inventory movements, update databases, and help ensure the timely flow of materials within the manufacturing facility.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid data-entry skills, and the ability to operate forklifts and related equipment safely. You will coordinate with production, purchasing and shipping to confirm material availability and support audits and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Track and record inventory movements using computer systems and software.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts, pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and shipping to ensure material availability for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management of discrepancies, shortages, or overages.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Support special projects including material handling, inventory control, and data analysis.
