Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and distribution across our network. You may operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks while following safety procedures and quality controls.

You will perform inventory reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, communicate with internal teams, and potentially rotate into SC1/SC2 roles as needed. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Overtime may be required based on business need.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite work shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of related warehouse experience including MHE experience and inventory control.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records to minimize variances.
• Operate material handling equipment to move product in the warehouse following safety procedures.
• Confirm accuracy of product and address discrepancies or damages with colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
• You may be moved into SC1/SC2 roles as needed.
• Contribute to Staples Supply Chain success through safe and efficient work practices.
