Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and warehouse clerical duties in a fast-paced setting. You may rotate between Warehouse Inventory Control and Warehouse Clerk roles, moving products with forklifts and pallet jacks while following safety procedures.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and effective communication. Candidates should be able to operate a computer and learn Staples' WMS system, with opportunities for full-time and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Full-time hires may require overtime as business needs dictate.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Wear safety composite work shoes as required.
• Walk and stand for the majority of the shift.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory and reconcile discrepancies to minimize variances.
• Operate material handling equipment to move products safely.
• Confirm product accuracy and address discrepancies with colleagues.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external contacts to resolve issues.
