Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Supervisor (Mon-Fri) based in Fort Worth, TX. You will supervise the receiving staff, oversee inbound shipments, cycle counts, and stock put-away while maintaining accuracy, safety, and timely posting of inventory records.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills to drive efficiency and lean improvements in a busy apparel distribution environment. Salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced pick-and-pack distribution warehouse.
• Experience with lean and process improvement techniques.
• Experience in apparel distribution warehouse preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming shipment activities to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Direct receipt, unloading, sorting, staging and putaway of shipments.
• Utilize ASN system to verify incoming shipments against documents for accuracy.
• Maintain a Receiving schedule for all inbound shipments.
• Assign cycle count batches and review daily.
• Monitor restock progress and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconcile inbound goods against ASNs.
• Ensure proper material handling and safety compliance.
• Lead and develop Receiving/IC team to meet standards.
• Support Operations Manager with short- and long-term planning.
