We’re hiring a hands-on leader to drive performance, improve systems, and support a collaborative team culture in a high-volume warehouse environment.

What You'll Do:

1. Oversee daily inventory activities and ensure all records are accurate and audit-ready
2. Support and enforce import/export compliance and documentation best practices
3. Conduct periodic audits and resolve issues tied to trade compliance or inventory discrepancies
4. Analyze warehouse performance metrics and drive improvements in productivity and quality
5. Coach and lead warehouse team members while promoting safety and morale
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain and logistics
7. Optimize staffing levels and minimize overtime to meet demand
8. Maintain a clean, professional, and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For:
