Job Summary

The Warehouse Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory control operations within the warehouse. This position ensures the accuracy of stored goods, monitors inventory levels, conducts audits, and assists with forecasting inventory requirements. The role works closely with warehouse operations to facilitate the efficient movement of products, verify order accuracy, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Schedule

10 am - 6pm (Mandatory overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts, as well as on Saturdays, depending on client needs)

Pay rate

$19 + Shift Differential

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct projects for inventory review and accuracy
• Perform quantitative analysis to eliminate waste and advance needs forecast
• Plan, execute, and analyze inventory audits and statistical test counts
• Oversee catalog; facilitate and log all movements of goods
• Proactively plan and anticipate inventory needs and communicate as appropriate
• Monitor, generate and interpret reports necessary to understand inventory needs
• Improves processes
• Identify cost savings opportunities through improvements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to review process/system issues identify root cause and take actions solve them
• Demand/inventory planning systems
• Data querying from multiple sources
• Infrequent travel may be required

Physical Requirements

• Work requires some muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as standing for long periods of time, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
