Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Inventory Clerk in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $20.48 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour for shift
• Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, rotating days: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday one week; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday next week; off every other weekend

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of warehouse experience preferred
• One or more years of forklift operation experience preferred
• One or more years of Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location
• Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and self-drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up practices

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in physical inventories as needed
• Support operations with inventory issues
• Resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain GMPs with safety emphasis
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
