B&H Photo Video in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join the Fulfillment team and support inventory accuracy, reporting, and administrative duties within the Inventory department.

The role includes reviewing reports, addressing mis-picks, managing Jira tasks, performing data entry in Unix WMS, and operating a cherry picker, all while ensuring timely, precise handling of inventory responsibilities.

Job Overview

The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for demonstrating proficiency in inventory control, professional communication and managing special projects. This employee will manage specific inventory maintenance reports as directed by the manager as well as assist in all administrative duties in the Inventory department.

Essential Responsibilities

• Analyze certain inventory reports and take proper action.
• Handling customer complaints of wrong items coming from different departments
• Manage the Jira program from the inventory department
• Data entry into Unix (Warehouse Management System)
• Operating cherry picker (PIT equipment)

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses

• At least 12 months' experience operating Crown or Raymond cherry picker

Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m
