McCall Farms, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for our Inventory team in Effingham, SC. The role focuses on implementing control procedures, managing applicant/employee communications, and ensuring staffing for openings across all shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in warehousing/inventory control, proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word, and a willingness to obtain forklift certification. Weekend shifts are possible; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in warehousing and/or inventory control.
• Experience with the trucking industry, including dealing with truck drivers.
• Working knowledge and experience working in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Publisher and Access experience a plus.
• Knowledge and up to date training in a warehousing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to overall strategy and direction of the Company and to make well informed decisions.

The Clerk role in the Warehouse and Inventory will be responsible for implementing and maintaining control procedures as directed, including outreach, applicant management, tracking staffing, managing applicant / employee concerns and manage effective and positive communications with all levels of management to ensure staffing of all openings. This role reports directly to the Supervisor or Manager. There are Clerk positions on all shifts, to include weekends.

HOURS:

6AM-2:30PM
