Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Newark, DE to perform daily cycle counts, reconcile variances, and manage stock replenishment using Excel and other Microsoft applications.

This role requires close collaboration with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, handle recalls, vendor returns, and waste management. Some remote work may be required; annual bonus eligibility is noted in the compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment and stock replenishment.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts of inventory.
• Reconcile variances found during cycles and inquiries.
• Cell stock replenishments and daily inventory upkeep.
• Handle controlled substance delivery notifications and recalls.
• Perform receiving double checks and vendor returns.
• Collaborate with LMF to resolve requests and issues.
• Waste management and item conversions as needed.
• Perform related duties as required.

Job description

Performs various inventory related functions. Refer to what you’ll do listed below. Utilizes material handling equipment for product movement. Daily use of Excel and additional Microsoft applications. Interacts closely with other internal departments to research and to resolve discrepancies.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts of inventory
• Reconcile/research variances found during cycles and/or customer inquiries
• Cell stock Replenishments
• Controlled Substance Delivery notifications
• Receiving Double Checks
• Works close with LMF on requests and/or to resolve issues
• Handling of Recalls
• Item conversions
• Vendor Returns
• Waste Management
• Performs related duties as required

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
