Futura is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operator to join a fast-paced data center supply chain team in Phoenix. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, receive, move, and ship critical hardware with precision, and keep the deployment site organized for rapid technician readiness.

You’ll contribute to inventory counts, support packaging, returns, and RMAs, and help streamline safety and workflow. The role emphasizes ownership, speed, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Experience in a warehouse or similar hands-on operations setting where safety, speed, and accuracy matter.
• Comfortable operating forklifts, or willing to become certified.
• Strong organization and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to receive, move, stage, and ship infrastructure.
• Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming hardware for deployment.
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts to technicians and engineers.
• Maintain an organized, clean, deployment-ready warehouse with efficient material flow.

The Data Center Operations Team

• Operate at the scale of a nation, not a building. Accelerating toward 10s to 100s of GWs by the end of the decade — more than the entire electricity consumption of many countries.

Role Scope

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to receive, move, stage, and ship critical infrastructure at high velocity.
• Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming hardware, ensuring every shipment is accounted for and ready for deployment.
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts quickly and accurately so technicians and engineers always have what they need.
• Maintain an organized, clean, deployment-ready warehouse with material flowing efficiently across the site.
• Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and asset tracking with precision.
• Assist with packaging, returns, RMAs, and other warehouse operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and workflow.

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing environment, construction site, or other hands-on operational setting where safety, speed, and accuracy matter.
• Comfortable operating forklifts, or willing to become certified.

• Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team.

Bonus:
