As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our team.

Position Overview: The Warehouse Inventory Associate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the seamless flow of products from the warehouse to our customers, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
    • Track and record inventory levels in the warehouse management system.
    • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory counts.
    • Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures.
  • Receiving and Stocking:
    • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
    • Unload, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
    • Label and tag products for easy identification and tracking.
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment.
    • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
  • Warehouse Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
    • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
    • Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with the Parts and Service Department Manager to optimize inventory processes.
    • Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
    • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and additional logistics or inventory management certification are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Inventory Associate or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
