As a Warehouse Inventory Agent, you will be trained in all aspects of the warehouse from shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Each project is unique, presenting a challenging and fast paced environment where individuals must be able to critically and forward think while being detail-oriented. We're seeking someone eager to join a close-knit team that thrives on collaboration and shared success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive, verify, and put away all incoming inventory within a timely manner
- Accurately generate receiving documentation and properly note shortage or damages on freight bills
- Matches packing slips, physical product, and purchase order before receiving transaction
- Perform shipping and fulfillment duties such as picking, inspecting damages, packing, kitting, labeling, stretch wrapping, banding or assembly in a timely manner based on client requirements
- Double-checking shipment contents against work order to ensure accuracy
- Reports any discrepancies and resolve issues with inventory
- Inspect freight for defects and damages
- Collaborate with the Logistics department
- Operate within our Warehouse Management System
- Responsible for inventory control by performing cycle counts and material transfers
- Organize materials in warehouse and ensure that items are properly labeled
- Manage and store warehouse documentation
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Specifications:
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment center required
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach, picker, and pallet rider
- Experience operating in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SharePoint
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 6 – 8 hours a day
- Must be detailed oriented and adaptable
- Ability to prioritize workload, critically think, and problem solve
- Must be a respectful team player and work well in fast-paced environment
- Pay: $24/hr
- Potential profit sharing in the form of annual bonus
