As a Warehouse Inventory Agent, you will be trained in all aspects of the warehouse from shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Each project is unique, presenting a challenging and fast paced environment where individuals must be able to critically and forward think while being detail-oriented. We're seeking someone eager to join a close-knit team that thrives on collaboration and shared success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive, verify, and put away all incoming inventory within a timely manner
  • Accurately generate receiving documentation and properly note shortage or damages on freight bills
  • Matches packing slips, physical product, and purchase order before receiving transaction
  • Perform shipping and fulfillment duties such as picking, inspecting damages, packing, kitting, labeling, stretch wrapping, banding or assembly in a timely manner based on client requirements
  • Double-checking shipment contents against work order to ensure accuracy
  • Reports any discrepancies and resolve issues with inventory
  • Inspect freight for defects and damages
  • Collaborate with the Logistics department
  • Operate within our Warehouse Management System
  • Responsible for inventory control by performing cycle counts and material transfers
  • Organize materials in warehouse and ensure that items are properly labeled
  • Manage and store warehouse documentation
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Specifications:

  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment center required
  • Experience operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up reach, picker, and pallet rider
  • Experience operating in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SharePoint
  • Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for 6 – 8 hours a day
  • Must be detailed oriented and adaptable
  • Ability to prioritize workload, critically think, and problem solve
  • Must be a respectful team player and work well in fast-paced environment
  • Pay: $24/hr
  • Potential profit sharing in the form of annual bonus
