Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Day Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our day shift operations in Marana, AZ. The role starts at 5am and runs until finish, typically around 2pm, ensuring productivity while upholding quality and safety.

You will print and manage warehouse documents, coordinate deliveries with planning and plant teams, supervise loading, inventory movement, and staff attendance, and drive performance through daily and weekly metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; plus 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Lift-truck operator certificate required.
• Must be able to work in temperature-controlled zones from -5 F to ambient.

Responsibilities

• Prints pick sheets, invoices, and other warehouse documents.
• Coordinates bottle deliveries with Planning, Plant, Distribution and bottle vendor.
• Coordinates delivery of supplies to Plant.
• Coordinates trailer moves with Dispatch and Plant.
• Tracks performance, trains, and monitors attendance of warehouse associates.
• Load trucks, pick batches, unload trucks, and rotate inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working environment.

Job description

Day shift starts at 5am and goes until finish - generally around 2pm.

Supervises warehouse crew with focus on increasing productivity while maintaining quality.

• Prints pick sheets, invoices, and other warehouse documents
• Coordinates bottle deliveries with Planning, Plant, Distribution and bottle vendor
• Coordinates delivery of supplies to Plant
• Coordinates trailer moves with Dispatch and Plant
• Coordinate plant trailer moves, includes moving trailers with yard equipment
• Tracks performance, trains, and monitors attendance of warehouse associates
• Post Daily and Weekly Performance charts
• Conduct meetings to explain policies, practices, and procedures
• Load trucks, pick batches including unloading trucks, rotating inventory, and assisting warehouse associates as needed
• Assists in inventory control
• Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse and Maintains a safe and efficient working environment
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Lift-truck operator certificate
• Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature
• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evening shifts, weekends, and holiday

Physical Demands:

• Ability to reach and handle objects, tools, or controls; and ability to communicate when necessary to complete duties.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
