Job summary

Staff Perm in Riverside, CA seeks a Warehouse II / Standup Forklift operator to handle shipment/receiving duties. Pay is $25 per hour, hours Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm, on-site at Riverside facility.

Warehouse II / Standup Forklift

The best fit is someone that has general warehouse, shipping / receiving experience with Forklift Operation. PAY RATE: 25.00 hour

HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm M-F

LOCATION: Riverside, CA 92507

DUTIES:

• Under general supervision, performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
• Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
• Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used. Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
• Routes materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Completes written and computerized documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED - Required.
• Drug Test
• Background Check
• Standup Forklift - Required
• Forklift certification - preferred

ABILITIES:

• Knows typical shipping and receiving procedures and can handle some exceptions.
• Requires basic reading, writing and numerical ability.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required.
• Able to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
