Job summary

Archway is recruiting for a warehouse associate in a Monday–Friday day shift in the US Midwest. You will set up picking lines, pack and manifest materials to client specs, and assist with line setup and inventory control.

You will work with RF scanners, voice technology, and routine cycle counts to ensure accuracy. The role requires teamwork, basic math/reading, and the ability to lift up to 40 lb safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent warehouse experience.
• Experience with PC applications and ability to learn new systems.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and in a team-lift environment.

Responsibilities

• Help with line set-up.
• Utilize technology such as RF scanners and voice technology.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and administrative duties as required.
• Restock packing materials and complete required paperwork/time-tracking.
• Support team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and participate in process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• All other duties as assigned.
