Qualifications

• High School or GED degree.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative tasks, such as handling and preparation of paperwork; may assist in daily warehouse closing.
• Verify all incoming/outgoing products for accuracy (amount, size, type) and inform management of shortages; assist in periodic counts.
• Compile/submit reports of damaged, outdated stock, over/under shipments, returns; segregate defective product; prioritize and pick for orders.
• Designate and organize warehouse stock by product line and space; ensure room for overflow.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; lift up to 50 pounds; handling tires over 50 pounds.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers; maintain operator license if required.
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and custodial tasks; keep work areas clean and close warehouse daily.
• Prioritize and pick materials for order fulfillment and staging for loading.
